Another excellent idea!
I am, obviously, Capt B. Most just call me B... less typing.
I have been a member for little over 6 years and, by title, a "forum moderator" for most of that time.
I have 5 dolls (1+4); 1 Orient Industry Candy Girl Petite Jewel and 4 Beautiful Dolls anime dolls.
I was in the service for a little over 6 years, then was a casino dealer for almost 25 years (afterward) and spent the absolute best 10 1/3 years of my life with my late wife, K. Before K passed away, we were active practitioners of the BDSM lifestyle.
My non-doll interest include "stand alone" computer games (not internet connected), Science Fiction, "old school" Role Playing Games, archaic melee weapons, Magic: The Gathering (4th edition rules), and military dress uniforms.
My favorite computer games include: Minecraft (1.5.2 with 81 mods), Locomotion (with a lot of downloaded vehicles and buildings), Civilization 2, Alpha Centauri (with the Alien Crossfire expansion), SimCity 2000, Need For Speed (High Stakes, Porsche Unleashed, and Hot Pursuit 2) and, of course, MS Excel. However, I do not play any on line computer games.
Before my eyes started failing me, I read SciFi like there was no tomorrow (at times). Now, my SciFi collection consists of movies and series' on DVD, such as: Babylon 5 & Crusade, Battlestar Galactica & Caprica, Firefly & Serenity, Terminator & The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Star Trek & Star Wars movies, Stargate (1 & Atlantis), and Defiance.
I also have a few "dramatic" series' like Numbers, La Femme Nikita (with Peta Wilson), JAG, NCIS, Garrow's Law, Sherlock, Moonlight, Forever Knight, Game of Thrones, Rome, Spartacus, Doll house, and all 16 of the Sharpe's movies (Richard Sharpe {first movie is called
Sharpe's Rifles}). MY DVD collection also includes numerous documentaries (rail road, aircraft, military, and historical).
** New member:
Agent Ballard... as in Paul Ballard (from Dollhouse)?
I have about a dozen "old school" RPG's including some of the original AD&D books, and the original Space Opera books. My archaic melee collection contains 15 swords (plus 3 matched sets) and 12 daggers. Most of these have some significant historical reference, even though they are replicas.
There are about 15,000 cards in my MTG (Magic: The Gathering) collection, and I used to collect military dress uniforms from around the world (assorted nations and eras).
Since I retired, almost 8 years ago, I spend most of my waking time either playing computer games or watching (re-watching) DVD's.
Any way, this is me in a (not so small) nutshell. If the above is TMI (too much information... not the Minecraft mod Too Many Items), ignore what you wish. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. The worst that can happen is I will tell you that I won't answer that query. Almost easy. Yes?
Have fun and play safely,
B
