Cornstarch time !

It has been a lot of discussions here on the forum about the use of cornstarch on dolls made of TPE.
My doll was not sticky but there was always something like a small piece of dirt or some hair ( from her wig or from my head) attatched on her body.
She had not a shiny skin but it was not that 110 % human in daylight. ( my own personal thoughts ofcourse ).

So,with a paintbrush made of the finest quality ,soft and smooth ( Paid nearly 18 US Dollars for that brusch),and with cornstarch, the process began to protect her skin.

The result is over my mind ! She has the most natural skintone and feeling you can imagine. I ordered my Emma-Clara with a tan skintone and with cornstarch applied carefully on her body,she looks very nice and keep in mind that the cornstarch is there for a reason of protection,not only the visual sense.

And it´s fun to ! The process allows you to learn and know evrything of her body deatails.her sculpture and design.

I would definitely recommend this cornstarch process. But if you are unsure about your doll,just go for a try on a smaller non visable part of her body like under her arms.

That's some good advice about the cornstarch. I thought I was the only one who used a paint brush. Your setup resembles mine.

Corn Starch works well for me also. Instead of a paint brush I bought a makeup brush, about $3. Now that I've had my Doll for a couple of month she can be tacky so I power about every couple of days. And I agree it's fun to do and she feels great afterwards.

ONE WEEK WITH EMMA-CLARA !

It´s now one week sine Emma-Clara arrived at my home.
