Is anyone else having a problem seeing embedded YouTube videos? All I'm getting are large blank white squares with a small icon in the upper left hand corner.

I haven't had any problems....

No I've seen them all work fine. It might just be you having this problem. Hope the problem fixes itself out for you in the meantime.

I don't think so, I can watch videos OK on YouTube, so it can't be me or them. Has anyone in charge made any changes or "up"grades to the forum server? Maybe that's where the incompatibility is coming from?

I'm on Win-7 IE-9, if that matters. And before anyone suggests it, I've already tried uploading Safari; it completely locked up my computer and the repairman had to wipe the entire hard drive to get it working again!

I just tried, on another PC running Win7 (SP1) and IE9 (9.0.8112.16421 64 bits), I looked at the embedded vids in this thread. No problem.

I tried, and I had the same thing, white box with black icon in the top left in Internet Explorer, I'm on version 10 though.

What I did to fix it was updating Flashplayer, by downloading the newest at www.adobe.com/flashplayer

Thanks, That fixed it. I can't help but wonder though, why it was only malfunctioning on this forum but nowhere else?

Had um earlier and even on Fb.

I just upgraded to Windows 7 from XP.
Firefox installled just fine and is working spectacularly.
