No one of TDF Management likes censorship. We appreciate mexdl's photography very much. So, for some time we have tolerated pictures of this doll if it was dressed and without any reference to sexual capabilities. But, as said before, we've been noticing an increase in posts regarding the sexual use of this doll.

It was confirmed to us that this doll represents a girl of less than 18 yo. As TDF cannot risk to be associated with paedophilia, we have decided to maintain Rule 1 strictly and no longer tolerate pictures of this doll. Thanks for your understanding.

About six months ago a man was arrested for having pic's of dolls looking younger then 18 on his computer and charged with child porn in machigan, so I think it is right to keep dolls off tdf just in case, remember who know's who is watching, plus it's not right.

What would you have the Forum do?

You're totally right, a very good question. A question the Forum is still pondering.

Even the manufacturer says that this doll represents a less than 18 yo girl. I don't know about France, but in many countries this is under age. TDF is about "love dolls and adult erotic dolls", we just cannot allow under age looking dolls, that is dolls looking under 18 yo. Please, do have some understanding.

Does this apply to busts (as in head and shoulder only!) as well? It would be rather difficult to tell what the height or body style of the doll is with only the face showing.

Head (and neck) only pictures would be allowable, because as you said, there's no way to tell what body is underneath.

That's why, for example, Mexdolllover's signature picture is still showing, because that only shows the head.

Um, how so? What is there to ponder? Since it's inception in 2001, this forum has been for love dolls. I admit I have mixed feelings about the inclusion of BJDs and mannequins, but ultimately I see no real reason to exclude them. However, if this is to become a forum for all dolls...well, then we'd have to clean it up, disallow nude pics or indeed even the mention of love dolls' sexual capabilities, delete the bulk of the forum's history to make it all nice and PG-rated so that any enthusiast of any type of doll can feel comfortable coming here to discuss them. And thus will TDF's very existince become pointless, as it'll cease to be a place for love doll owners to openly discuss their hobby.

If you you enjoy having dolls that resemble children or adolescents, miniature or life-sized, for whatever reason, that's your business. But they don't belong here on TDF. Period.
