Please read before posting: Regarding 100cm and 132cm dolls

Dear TDF staff, i do respect the decision.
But what about the first teddy babes, they are like 130 cm max and can be dressed up like a child.
So then you must prohibit them too.
Also almost the complete Oriënt industry line.
And a lot more dolls since the are small.
If i would be a lilliputian a realdoll would be 4 times bigger than me.
So it now is discrimination for small people.
And still better a pedo with a doll then a real child right.
I think the michigan guy is a example to all pedo's. just use a doll for your sick mind.

It's not just about the size of the doll. Teddy Babes and others are designed to look like scaled-down adult women, with mature faces and distinctly womanly figures (and I don't mean "mature" in the colloquial sense). Now, if someone were to dress such a doll in a way that made her appear to be a child, the pic would be disallowed, as was the case with a Virgin Rose doll not too long ago. But this thread is about dolls that are specifically designed to resemble children and adolescents, which no amount of clothing will make resemble adults.

[If you you enjoy having dolls that resemble children or adolescents, miniature or life-sized, for whatever reason, that's your business. But they don't belong here on TDF. Period.

I suppose that's not an entirely true statement.
A person of 18 or 19 years of age also qualifies as an adolescent.
If a doll was made to represent and look like an 18yr old the way that some dolls like Candy 18 and even some Realdolls do I'm sure they would be welcome on TDF .

Actually, the typical onset of maturity is 15-16 for girls and 16-17 for boys, which means that by the time they're 18, they're already adults (at least physically). Hell, I was already done with puberty before my 16th birthday, with a full beard and more chest hair than my father, which means I was an adult for over two years before the law recognized me as such. Sure, there are the occasional late-bloomers, but I doubt that anyone would be able to convince a court that a doll that looks 13 is in fact meant to represent a 20-year-old gymnast...

yes, the problem is not because of the doll measurements and height.

In my years browsing TDF I saw quite a few bodies just like the 132cm from ds-dolls, the thing is the resemblance of some heads-faces and proportions.

This is strictly concerning the 132cm DS dolls.

The only thing I see that makes them seem less than adult would be a small chest size. A-B cup.

If you browse Model Mayhem's website, 90% of the models are A-B cup models.
And a good portion of the models are under 5FT.

There's a lot more to it than breast size. Plenty of manufacturers offer models with small breasts. There's Ruby13's Lilith, RealDoll's bodies 4 and 6, and others that I can't name off the top of my head, all of which look like small-breasted adult women. Perhaps you're a fan of Kitty Jung or Molly Rome and therefore liken Doll Sweet's 132cm model to such youthful and petite young women, but unfortunately, too many people would see such dolls' faces and overall bodily proportions (and not just their small breasts) as indicative of an underaged girl. So that means that, regardless of how their owners may perceive them, they can't be allowed on TDF.

Ive never seen any Asian dolls in person, Im just going by measurements, and the photo's on the DS website.
Yes I do like petite women.

Just appearances from DS photo's don't look that different from the NEO-J (and a few of the faces look quite young.)
There is also the 136cm doll from Orient Industry,,,,and some of the doll faces there look 10? 12?
Also MILFE from Lifedoll, there's no way in heck you can say that looks like a grown up woman.

Im not trying to be a pain, Im just not seeing a big difference.

The 132cm DS Dolls is modeled to have the appearance of a non-adult. That has been confirmed.

Yes, it is difficult to tell if a specific doll represents a non-adult. It's not just breast. For instance, the Anatomical Doll body 4 has small breasts, but surely looks adult. It's the whole body: face, breasts, hips, thighs (and sometimes even hairdo and clothes) that makes a doll look under age, or not.
And yes, there are always examples of real models, looking under age, but able to proof that they are 18+. Unfortunately, a young looking doll doesn't have an ID-card to proof she's 18+. So we have to rule based on what we think that would be the general perception of the vast majority on what a doll represents.

Mexdolllover, please know that the majority of members here value your beautiful pictures. It's very unfortnate that a few ignoranat "moderators" defame your artwork as "pedophilia" even though your photos contain no nudity or sexual posses.

This is another example of trying to cure a headache with a guilutine.

The intended age of the doll is subjective. Nowhere does Mexdolllover call his doll a child under 18.

If members are making inaprorate sexual comments then their posts should be banned. Not Mexdolllover's beautiful photos. He cannot control what others write.

Frankly I've followed Mexdolllover's posts and never saw any sexual talk from anyone.

TDF management has done a real 180. In previous years TDF management has openly supported a member investigated for child porn in the UK for buying a Japanese doll whom police said looked under age.

TDF management defended such dolls for the exact same reasons listed in this thread.

-The doll is not necessarily for sexual purposes. Some dolls are used for modeling.

TDF does not want to be, "associated with pedophilia." Certainly we can all agree with this.

Where they're wrong is singling out Mexdolllover. TDF has certainly allowed (or as they would say, "tolerated") photos of fully clothed under age actresses. This does not associate TDF with pedophilia any more than Mexdollover's photos.

A reasonable compromise would be allowing photos of said DS dolls without nudity or sexual talk.

First of all, we have not singled out Mexdollover, it's just unfortunate, he was one of the few, who shared pictures of this doll.

Also, the intended age is not subjective in this case, as the manufacturer has stated, these dolls are too young for TDF, as shown here: http://dollforum.com/forum/viewtopic.ph ... 72#p459072 but back then, they were said to only be available as non-sex dolls, which is the very reason an exception was made to allow them. If we had known then, they were also available as sex dolls, the 132cm dolls would never have been allowed.

TDF has never allowed child-like sex dolls.

I like so much DSDOLL 132cm : they are wonderful dolls and I like so much too the work of Mexdollover ...

1. I think that Mexdollover's pictures are "spécials" because it is "art" and what is amazing in his pictures is that often his dolls have "no age" and look like an unreal person : that's art

2. But often and maybe always on dolls owner's pictures : these dolls look too young.They have got a little breast so we can't say that they are child ... but preteen,sure : I would say a preteen between 11 and 21 years old : that's all the problem

That the reason why I like so much DSDOLLs 132cm : I like their presence,their unic beauty,they are ,for me,like a movie's being ... out of the world.
