I agree on this, there's a very fine line between looking realistic, and not, when placing a wig. The hairline has to be just right, for it to work. On my dolls, if the hairline is up or down a centimeter too much, I already notice, because she then looks very different.

Congratulations on Lupe's arrival home, great news, JoyDivision.

She looks spectacular, some really ace images of her. She seems to have settled in really well. She and Jen seem as thick as thives already!

I saw her pics in ger doll album l;ast night, I had to have another look just now, she's really teriffic, congratulations again, and thanks for the pics.

I am so happy to see Lupe has arived home all safe and sound!
And yes she looks fantastic from behind, and the front!

Personaly I am just a little jelious of how you get so much time to take their pics, and such great pics at that!

well,
once you own a doll and have shot pics of them it becomes difficult to NOT pull out the camera every time they are out.or in a new outfit,
. there is always an opportunity. thank god for Digital. not sure i would have sent these all in for development like the old days.
about a 50 cents to one dollar per image ,film included.
i do not miss that.
and waiting to see if they were muffed up. now i can fix them.

Hey Beardygoat and Alex. Sorry for taking so long to comment on this, but the photos your both commenting on were taken the 1st day I got Little Lupe. The wig placement is as it came from Abyss. If you look at the pictures of her still in the create right after I opened it, you will see that the wig placement is the same as it was in all the pictures taken that day in my basement studio and in their room. On top of that, I don't particularly like wigs that don't have bangs. I'm very particular about the look as well and most dolls that I've see with out bangs, where there's just a part in the middle, don't look exactly right to me anyways. That's why the 2 wigs that I chose for Jenny , and all wigs that I buy for Little Lupe, Jennifer, and all other dolls I buy in the future will alway have bangs.

The Lupe doll is the only one for obvious reasons, that I didn't have a choice in, but I like this wig because it is close to the style that the real Lupe wears her hair.
