Problems with "inbox"...

Hello, since yesterday I have problems with my inbox... I see " 4 new messages" and I have none... I send messages and they aren't in "sent" section... Seems that my inbox isn't working at all... Somebody knows what can I do about it, because I'm quite confused... ? Thanks.

There seems to be a problem with the PM function for some, and we're currently looking into the issue.

Sometimes for some reason the messages get out of sync when someone sends you a PM but then deletes it before you get to read it, so the counter doesn't get updated properly. The other problem could be related to a database issue we had recently. In any case, I'm going to run a script that will repair the counters, but not until I've completed the move to the new server, I don't want to mess with the database just yet until the rest of the sites are migrated.

Yeah, I think something's going on. I sent a PM, and after submitting it said there was no message to view. Also doesn't appear in the outbox either, although it shows a (1). Tried re-submitting the same message with the same result, except now there's a (2).

Oddly enough I just tested the PM system sending some PMs to my dolls, and everything seemed to work exactly the way it should with the PM counts and showing in the outbox and sent folder. It might be isolated to just certain accounts. I'll have to investigate more once our move is complete.

I have the same problem... I have a new message (from beautifuldolls) and can't read it... I have a notification for a new PM, but that's all...

I have tried, but it doesn't work... The "1 new message" notification on the top of the webpage has disappeared, and I have now a little "(1)" near the inbox section (that I had not before), but I'm still unable to see the message in question... Strange...

I am experiencing similar pm problems.
The tech team are working on it.
Hopefully all will be corrected after this weekend.

Mine are going through properly now, although the count in parenthesis next to outbox still reads 2 higher than it should be, due to those two phantom PM's that never went through earlier.

I've done a resync of the PM inboxes. If it still keeps it up, I will have to manually delete the PMs from the inboxes and reset the accounts. Essentially I will have to "reboot" your individual inboxes and outboxes.

You know, even though my current PM's are going through, one thing I've also noticed is that on the notification email where it usually has the subject of the PM, it instead has this big alpha-numeric number, like it's encrypted or something. Just thought I'd mention it.

Can you take a screenshot and pm it to me please? Or you can email it directly to me at spiritfirem@dollforum.com. If you can't get a screenshot, forward the notification email to me so I can take a look at it.
