An Upload Error in the Doll Album?

Note: The title of this Topic has been changed. -Now it's officially a Bug Report Topic
At first I thought I had maxed my gallery out. So I sided to go over to the "cover doll" and continue. I am redoing this "topic" over. But ya I can't seem to post because of this common Error thingy. "The File Could Not Be Placed. You have successfully placed all of the files"

Is anyone else having this issue too?

Huh? Your Doll Album isn't even close to it's limits, you've only used about 1/4th of the space available.

Ya I thought so, it just seems odd to me that I could not place anymore pics into my gallery. I already knew that I had a longs ways to go. But anyways, here is what it says:

"The Previous File Could Not Be Placed

You have successfully placed all the files."
Maybe an error perhaps?

I moved this topic to the "Bug reports" section.

Mariam just told me she has the same problem.
Actually after uploading and before placing the image, there use to be a preview of the image, but now there is none.
Maybe this has something to do with the server move; maybe the upload area on the server does not have the right permissions set or something.

Should be working now. I was able to upload and place an image sucessfully.

Please be patient as we will be working out the bugs of migration to a new server. Not all software needed is always apparent that it's not installed already on the new server.

I'm still having probs. Anything I try to upload returns, "0 uploads were successful".

I've tested uploading a pic to the Doll Album, with both my own, and Kayla's account, and I don't have any problems.

Ok, it looks like it's back up for me.

edit: spoke too soon. I managed to get 3 pics uploaded and then the problem started again.

Am I still the only one getting this problem? I tried from different computers and different locations. I don't believe it's DNS related. Maybe it's my DA account?

First off, check the size of the files you're uploading. If they exceed 1920 pixels on either height or width, they will not upload. If they are more than 5000KB they will not upload either.

I've been able to upload files in batches but the ones that were larger than 1920 pixels on a side were automatically rejected.

I was actually testing that right when I got your reply, as the physical size limitation was what I suspected. My camera outputs 40 pixels past the limit. But strange that the pics I've taken in the past all uploaded. Heh, go figure. But anyway, it looks like that did it. Thanks for your assistance and patience.
