Even though it's posted in the UK forum, I think the site is located in the US. The person who posted the link said he thought that they were in NY, but looking over the site I couldn't find a location anywhere. The cost is in dollars, though, and the disclaimer on the bottom says something about "depending on which state you are in", implying that they are indeed in the US somewhere. Hope this helps.
