Hey, when I click the register button it says I'm banned as well :p

I've got two dolls on the way and a few interesting bjd's and other dolls I'd like to upload.

I'm not sure how to do it though, because when I click register I get the banned message P.P

Do as it is written in the doll album header:

If you wish to have a Doll Album account, email tda.support@dollalbum.com with desired user name & email

I just now saw the message on the doll album "facepalm" was right in front of me.
Just an afterthought but maybe it could be in Bold black font, it totally slipped by me, but I think it's more user error on my half then anything :p

I sent out an email.
Thank you

I see you tried logging in without having an account. Because you tried that 4 times, the software automatically banned you for 10 minutes.

You should be able to register through this: http://www.dollalbum.com/dollgallery/register.php

I'm trying to upload some pictures and I resized some because they are too big and I still keep getting this message...

The following uploads encountered errors:
File Uploads:
File Name/URL Error Message
1. DSCN1630.JPG The height and or width of the uploaded picture is more than that allowed by the gallery config.

The Doll Album only accepts pictures with a maximum filesize of 3MB, and maximum dimensions of 3000 pixels, wide and/or high.

If it gives this error, the picture could still be too large for either the filesize, or the dimensions.

If the picture you tried to upload is the same as the ones you attached to one of your posts, then the dimensions are indeed the problem.

For example, one of your pics has 2736 pixels by 3648 pixels. The 3648 is more than 3000, so it's too big.

Same as the Picture in a Post help thread, the video is now on Youtube, and viewable in the thread.
