Thank you. The current protrusions on top and the bottom of her torso will be folded inward later to form her neck socket and her vagina.
By the way, this photo is from another doll I made in the past. By painting the fabric from inside before turning right sides out and stuffing, one can create subtle veins on plush doll skin. I thought you might like this idea because you seem to be pursuing realistic cloth dolls.

She was never completed because I worked on her only to test & practise several techniques. These are some of the photos taken at that time.
