Starpery textured skin option

Different vendors sometimes list different options for Starpery.
I noticed an option I hadn't seen before:
Textured Skin - $40.00
I've ordered (another) Starpery and my usual dealer doesn't show that option.
Is this a confirmed option? Do anyone have photos of this option?

Do you have an example of the textured option? Not sure what you mean by that option.

Skin texture is part of the "body realism" option. Like adding veins, tan lines or freckles. Yes, this is a confirmed option

Attached is an example of a doll with "skin texture". I'm not 100% but I believe dolls without this option are just more smoothed out
