Fanreal Doll no longer offers the option to add soft thighs.

The reason for temporarily removing this option is that in some regions, factors such as air pressure or temperature can cause abnormal swelling of the soft thigh areas of the doll's legs. Although this issue is not common, for precautionary measures, Fanreal has temporarily removed this option. They may reintroduce it after addressing the technical issues.

Rest assured, even without the option for soft thighs, the doll's legs and body remain sufficiently soft.

Dolls that have been ordered before February 28 will still have this option.

Will weight increase without this option?

Won't add weight. In fact, it's the conflict with weight reduction that led to the temporary removal of this option. Weight reduction is achieved through the use of foam materials. And air pressure affects foam materials. The silicone material in the thigh area is relatively thin, and after softening, the thigh area becomes thinner and softer. When bending the thighs, the risk of expansion of the foam material due to air pressure increases. This may cause a small bulge in the thigh area of the doll.

Fanreal, if I'm not mistaken, is a very experienced manufacturer of long standing. Their website though is bemusing and clearly not intended for retail purchases. Congratulations to BetterLoveDoll for making these dolls available.

Soft thighs are an important feature so do hope that you can persuade them to incorporate the feature again.

I talked via a vendor and he said they already added this function back and said they have resolved it

There also going away with there wheat skin tone. To bad because I was definitely looking into this doll.
