Harley's jewelry is all donated to him from my own jewelry collection (which was, itself, obtained from my grandmother for free). My favorite gifts to spoil him with are the ones that don't cost me any money

I have never used perfume. I did look into getting some once upon a time, but I would only want it if it smells like a man's natural body odor. I couldn't find any such perfumes. Besides, I'm probably too much of a cheapskate to actually pay for it. I'm glad to see it works for you!

As a side note, Harley kinda makes his own perfume. His TPE blend has a very strong odor, even after a year (I really hate the smell because it sometimes gives me headaches). Any perfume I might buy for him would need to be overwhelmingly strong to sufficiently overpower the TPE.

I kind of like the tpe smell. I use coconut baby oil after a wash as well and it helps, maybe a light womens body spray. I have to look into perfume as the right smell will drive me nuts..as for Cologne I have a pretty good collection and by far Sauvage has been the one I have been told smells best. Its not too strong and might be just what your guy needs!
