I collected some information. The distance from the vaginal opening to the anal opening in the human body is roughly 2-3.5CM. I don’t know if it is correct.

It's not really the distance between the two that most people complain about, it's how far towards the front of the body both holes are that is the problem. Oftentimes on a "bad" doll the anus is positioned where there vagina opening should be and the vagina is way further forward than that. Which might work for missionary position, but is awful for prone or doggy and looks wrong in nude photos.
