Zelex delivery: missing head

Hey guys,


I had a shocking doll problem.
Could someone advise, help?

I ordered, bought and paid for the first one from Rosemary
Zelex doll. Body and two heads included in the offer.

I assumed everything would go well.

The package arrived and when I opened...

...it I was shocked.

Has Zelex been so busy with new ones
with SLE dolls,
that it ruins other purchases?

A supply bag had been placed in place of the missing head.

I already announced when placing the order that everything is going well
i can buy more dolls. Here is the result

I thought it would be nice Christmas with a new girl,
other than that, it was a miserable Christmas

However, I have already paid for that G53,
so leaving it out is fraud under the law.

What can be done in this situation??

Has anyone else had this happen???

I assume you contacted Rosemary Doll? Maybe the second head is being shipped as a second package? Hopefully they can clear it up for you whatever happened.

Contact your dealer and/or Zelex. Maybe it's in another parcel that will be coming soon. Or, maybe they forgot it, and they will send it in another parcel. Can you tell if the package was opened for inspection, and maybe the second head was left out?

At least you got one head.

When I got my first doll, I thought they had forgotten the head. It was from Amazon. The doll was well protected, surrounded by one big piece of Styrofoam. Then I noticed a couple of slight depressions between the legs, and pulled up two covers. One was hiding the head, and the other had accessories. Doesn't look like that's applicable here.

Your delivery tracking should show a 2nd package which usually indicates the head to avoid going over the weight limit. Hopefully that is your case, it is the holiday season so mistakes & delays are bound to happen sadly.

You bought your doll from one of the most respectable manufacturers and through one of the most respectable distributors. Either the second head was shipped separately (I’ve seen that happen in the past), or it was a mistake. Either way, I bet they will fix it and make it right. As much as I was worried about dealing with Chinese manufacturers on issues where you don’t just go on social media and share your issues with your friends (“hey, my sex doll arrive with only one head!…”), my experiences thus far have been stellar with anyone I dealt with.

Just reach out to them. I bet they will make it right to your complete satisfaction.

And, by the way, my favorite Zelex heads are GE115 (I have that one), GE111, and GE45…

I feel you. Had that happened; ordered 2 heads and the one I really want is not in the box when opened.

Like everyone here alluded to, hope is on the way in a separate box.

Let's start by saying, "She's hot!!!" I never took the GE46 head until your picture here... (and if you ask me, now that I see your photo, I like GE46 more than GE53... But, then again, my favorite is the dreamy GE115, which I'm not sure they make because I don't see it as an option, but I do have it...)
Did you contact the vendor? They should be able to help figure this out! You should be getting the second head. There is no doubt about it! You paid for it!

She is here. Everything is here.
And unbelievably, completely intact.
Only the holes for the earrings were missing.
Are they easy to do yourself without damage?

Yeah, G53 is my favorite Zelex head so far. Very pretty. Definitely looks worth the wait.
