Is it possible to convert elf ears to human ears?

I'm in love with the Jinsan 286 head, which is an elf head with elf ears.
Despite my appreciation of hot elves, I'd really prefer to make it appear as a human head - is there a viable way to modify the ears into human-looking ears?

There are ways, but I have just used a wig band to strap them down. Wig goes on over and you don't even notice them. They are not massive like on other fantasy dolls.

Unless you're pretty good about sculpting tpe, I would leave it alone. You could do the hot spoon method and cut and shape the elf ears into human ears, but they're not going to look that good and you'll end up just covering the ears with the wig band anyway.
I put thin wires in the back of the ears so that I can bend them back or forward. And sometimes, tuck them in the wig.
The 286/Bella head is my all time favorite. You can get a lot of great looks with it.
In case you're wondering, I would say any body looks good, 166c or over.
