Im no expert on breast, but we may have stumble on something here. I think the breast could be a combination of gel and hollow or tpe inside. B/c the way they bounce into place
doesn't seem like something 100% gel breast would do. They would just slop to the side or sag down depending on the size.

As someone who's obsessed with massive boobs I was lucky enough to play with Natasha Sweet's boobs (a scoreland model who escorts in Italy where I live) and they were indeed noticibly heavier.
In reality, none of the doll gel boobs feel like real breasts because of that very reason, the weight which is indeed lower, the only boobs of a doll or a toy which seem to really resemble the floppiness of real breasts are those by Crownpeaks.
Btw, I took inspiration from @Mishka where in one of his threads he inflates boobs with gel and he specifically recommends aloe gel, but I still thought that normal gel was not heavy and bouncy enough while actual water was too heavy and risky (I can't remember who was it but there was a thread by one guy inflating boobs with just water and the result wasn't great imo) so I though that liquid gel was the right compromise and it would bring that weight and floppiness and I was right albeit I didn't exaggerate so as not to compromise the durability, just half a litre a boob was the right size for now.
Also, some just inflate boobs with air, but that's even worse imo, they just become like air balloons.
