Need help fixing horrible leg damage

Brand New tpe unit, set it on a couch kneeling because I was struggling with the weight. I might have yanked it or something while struggling, but I discovered a crease on the leg after. Thought it might come out, but I just inspected it closer and ... what a disaster. It's not a crease but multiple horrendously large lacerations. Feeling absolutely gutted about this. Anyone know what I can do or am I screwed .
