Just got a doll from them, my first, an Irontech one. I had been considering getting a doll for the last few months, but remained on the fence.
Eventually, I found helpful resources, like this forum where I found SRSD, and decided to take the plunge.
Their customer service is solid. They were prompt and kept me very well informed. They definitely went the extra mile for me in resolving any difficulties.
The doll arrived in excellent condition, not a scratch on it. Very exciting to open that box. I definitely recommend SRSD if you want to get one too.
