I recently purchased from My Robot Doll and had an excellent experience.
Alice served as an excellent customer service rep. I had some changes I wanted made on the doll and she made sure that it was built as I wanted. I also wanted some reinforcement on the packaging as I have seen some horror stories of boxes or dolls getting damaged in the shipping process which resulted in either damage to the doll or an embarrassing delivery. Alice worked with MRD's shipping company to see what reinforcements could be made and got back to me quickly.
She was in communication with me throughout the process and made sure any concerns I had were addressed.
If I buy any other dolls in the future it will most likely be through MRD.
