TDF Dim in Firefox mobile

TDF Dim in Firefox mobile

I've looked and I don't think it's in my browser but TDF has a dim look to it when I view it on my phone. If I scroll fast enough the dim section will actually move up away from the rest of the site for just a second and then come back down.
Does anybody know what that is and how to disable it?

I'm not sure if I fully understand your question.

Is it the option to dim everything? The small lamp icon?
