Doll Album Registration Issue

Is the registration for the doll album broken? I've been trying to register for several days now and when I submit the form it reloads the page with an error message that reads "There was an error while processing a database query."

When registering at The Doll Album, make sure to use the same username and email address that are used for TDF.
Your main account that is - Doll account will not work.

I was trying to register as ConcubineKimbie but her account had not been made into a Doll Account yet. I get the same result when I try to register using this account username/email though.
