purchase olivia 140 cm via website on dec 14. came january 28th broken they then replaced it and i just payed for shipping overall happy with their customer support. :) doll is amazing.

Congrats! And glad to hear customer support took care of you. Care sharing some pics of Olivia? I'm thinking about buying one of her sisters as well. :mrgreen: Do you find her easy to move and pose? I see she's 66lb (30kg) according to the official website, which is lighter than many other Dolls-Castle dolls.
