How to include a link in your post please????

It saves having to repeat yourself to other users if you can provide a link to old posts or topics already covered.
So how is it done please?

Right click onto the title of your post (not topic) and select "Copy link address" (or similar, depending on your browser).
Or click on the title of your post and copy from the url bar.

Then just past it in your new post.
It will look like this:

Result: viewtopic.php?p=2289933#p2289933

If you want it nice looking it is a little more complicated. You can add the URL tags and give a nice name.

also, i need a link to my post, not the thread topic page. Is it possible?
