Best way to ship a RealDoll (Cheaply but safely)
I remember Reggie recommending that I go to Amazon and purchase a "shipping tote" But I couldn't find any in a suitable size. I would pay to ship her in the crate, but as I'm paying for all the shipping costs involved, that price would add up very quickly. So I was wondering if anyone here had any suggestions or recommendations?

They also have an R series, something from this line might work for body F types, not so sure what OTS solution to use for larger models.
Features 6 latches, 6 separate lock points, three handles and two recessed rolling wheels. I can set up custom foam in the case to my liking. While i use mine to transport on my own, I'm sure they would hold up to even Fedex & Sekos handlers. Use those SHIP FLAT labels! Cheers, Obiewan
Everyone a work of art in some way

This works great for when you want to travel with your sex doll discreetly and safely. Also known as a Flight Case, the Sex Doll Storage Case is made of sturdy and durable premium aluminum alloy on the outside and a custom hard foam with compartments to store your sex doll’s head and accessories, on the inside.

Obie picked up a Body f from me and put it in a case. It work really well and I think it would certainly protect the body in shipment. And its re-useable. The case shown in the thread is the way to go..Obie wan wrote: ↑Wed Dec 28, 2022 2:45 am Hey ASteele, not sure about "cheap" but this works for me and my P4 or P3. I use a polycarb type case from an outfit called SKB. Reggie calls em caskets, lol! Great protection for the Pricey RD models at what I would term "reasonable cost".

Yeah, this is the route I'm planning on going if I can't find a box that'll fit the doll that isn't crazy expensive. I just couldn't keep the crate as it took up too much space, but a case like the one above would be less cumbersome. So even though it costs more, it works out and is way more secure than a cardboard box. And then I'll have something to store the doll in when I need it out of sightBrick wrote: ↑Wed Dec 28, 2022 7:26 amObie picked up a Body f from me and put it in a case. Worth asking though; My body AA would fit into a case like this, yeah? I know you guys mentioned the Body F and some of the petites already.

Re: Best way to ship a RealDoll (Cheaply but safely)
Anyone looking to ship a doll (but no longer have a crate for it) the two ideas in this thread sound like they would have good results. Definitely detach the head from the body before shipment. No doubt about that.
Re: Best way to ship a RealDoll (Cheaply but safely)
Even after measuring her before placing the order, I figured she'd be able to fit snugly inside (with a little wiggle room that I could put some extra padding in.) But it simply wasn't deep enough or long enough. And that's with me crossing/contorting the legs in a way that didn't feel safe for shipping at all. One wrong move by Seko, and I would've had a broken leg or two to deal with (on top of everything else)
Back to square one, I suppose. And funny enough, her heads boxed up and good to go. But I was waiting to ship both at the same time. At this point, I'm half tempted to stick her in the shotgun seat of my car and deliver her to Reggie personally!

Reggie and I drove from San Diego to Houston with Tanya in the back seat, with some sunglasses on looking out the window. She had a great time…ASteele94 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 04, 2023 9:55 am Update; So I don't know if I ordered the wrong case, or my RealDoll is simply a different body type than would be ideal. But trying to fit her into the SKB case Obie Wan linked above was a no-go
