Faun Build at Reverend Jacks
Faun Build at Reverend Jacks
Pointy ears, big boobs, goat legs and retaining all sexual functionality!
Starting off with a WM 138 D (I think that's what she is), a WM Vampire head (love the ears), and extra skeleton parts. So the plan is to un bolt her ankle, and attach a new shin to the exposed joint. This will result in the longer ankle to toe of goats and dog legs.
I need to modify an ankle/foot assembly to support a custom made goat/deer hoof.
I'm still on the fence on goat horns vs antlers, and how far up the furry legs go. I like the mid-thigh fur look, but the fur-to-the-waist is pretty common.
Since sexy is a real goal, I'm leaning towards antlers and mid-thigh-down fur.
So here is the leg concept: So let's get started:
OFF WITH HER FEET!
Cut around the ankle and peel them off. Any foot fetishists out there? OK, so why does she have two different ankles?

500-year-old vampire who finds my blood irresistible.
Tip for newbies: be careful who you take advice from - established members can make hundreds - or thousands - of posts without owning a doll. Which means they have no practical experience in doll care.

Re: Faun Build at Reverend Jacks
Her Vag had a plug, but it was neither tight nor sealed. Her anus had the hole for the threaded rod that my endoscope actually FIT THROUGH so I could check the back joint for rust. Skipping over the sealing stuff because I'll make a thread specifically for it, lets fast forward to two SEALED orifices...
Whew! We now return you to your regularly scheduled Faun Build.

Then I remove the bolts from my extra legs at "A" and "B" below, and attach the thigh eye bolt at "A" to her lower shin bracket. Then I re-attached her foot plate (or a modified foot plate that looks like a hoof "C" onto lower donor thigh bracket "B".
Officially making the donor thigh bone (from "A" to "B" her new foot bone and the Hoof "C" her toes.
I need a new carbide bit for my dremmel, the last spine fix tore my old one up. Off to Lowes!

ZW,
I'm leaning that way myself.
You have thoughts on hooves?
1) I can try to find actual hooves, cow maybe. Pet store maybe. And fill them with epoxy/resin, embedding the foot plate.
2) buy a 4inch diameter Dowell, cut 3 inches off (so it stands like a birthday cake), cut a pie slice out of it for the toe split, paint it gloss black.
What other options?

There's going to be alot of stress on the hooves. <area + >weightRevJack wrote: ↑Wed Sep 14, 2022 9:21 am 20220914_093057.jpgZW,

Real (dried) hooves might be too brittle even when filled with epoxy.
A wooden dowell might also fail after cutting the split.
Best bet might be to use a resin: https://project-nerd.com/2016/02/22/mak ... en-hooves/

Re: Faun Build at Reverend Jacks
So when the ankles and the doner thighs were all free of bondage, a test fitting indicated that those cure little joint mobility blocks had to go as well. St. Dremmel to the rescue again. So let's attach our doner thighs to her original ankles, and test fit her feet to the doner thighs and...
YES, I know there is hardware protruding from her naughty bits. I was multitasking the build with testing a Coeros cootchie-cleaning machine. I'll post that later.
So trip to the hardware store for new nuts n bolts n split /lock washers. All the normal slippery washers got tossed in the parts bin and I shoved as many lock washers into those joints as I could fit. Why split washers? Well, all the joints need to be slightly bent, and we know how well dolls stand with bent knees, so I need to get these joints beyond tight to support the weight.
How about a test...
Yeah, I'm leaving out all the cussing and adjusting and standing and catching, and especially every time her left knee collapsed. But the theory has been proven valid.
Let's slap a head on her see what we have! Coming along fameously! I need to tighten the knees, figure out hooves, and foam and fur the legs. Then con the wife into doing makeup and clothes!
This has been a great build. There is no way she can reliably stand without support so since she will be joining me on Halloween, I need to rig a solid stand assist for her.
Getting closer!
