Last year, I visited over 20 sex doll factories, and in 2023, I checked out 15 more, with Climax
making the list twice. Last year, they were focused on making mini dolls and hadn't introduced a full silicone doll yet.

Just last month, I went back to their factory and had an hour-long chat with Johnny, the Managing Director of Climax and he showed me around their small but strong factory.

In this video, I'll be sharing my experiences and some useful insights about Climax’s life-size dolls

CLM Product Series:
CLM Ultra is a series of Climax full silicone doll. There are only 3 bodies by far.

SIE 159cm is a nice Chubby BBW silicone doll. I tested the softness of her enticing boobs on the Expo, and the softness is the next level. However, it would be better if the thigh made more thicker.

SIQ 157cm，petite figure, nice rib bone design, callipygian, sexy, a natural transition from hip to her thighs. This is the very first Climax full silicone doll and very classic and popular one.

SIW 160cm is a very very interesting design, small breasts with big hips as a combo, I guess there are some people will feel very interested in this figure.

CLM’S LHP is very good, all the holes are on the very soft end. However, they don’t provide softened ass option right now.

Johnny show me their 2.0 version of articulated fingers. He said that each doll's fingers are custom-made: and the left and right hands are different. They are capable of forming a fist.

CLM Pro is a series of Climax Hybrid dolls: Silicone head with TPE bodies and these bodies are more of Big Bosom and Big Bottom Type. You know what? Their TPE material is also incredibly soft.

CLM has only 11 silicone heads by far. And most of them cater to Western market. Among all, Sola and Grace are two most popular heads. Sola is bitchy and Grace is cute.


All these silicone heads come with adjustable jaws and made with soft silicone material. Mouth and tongue are quite soft, you will have no complaints about that.

And Johnny told me that If you look closely at the doll's mouth, you'll notice that Climax has modified the corners of the mouth to be smoother, preventing cracks from forming due to usage.

Care is also taken in crafting the teeth, which are made first and then inserted into the mouth. They are vertically aligned for a better appearance, with a gap between the teeth and the lips.

Talking about the lips. The plump and creased and puckered lips are also very inviting.

Climax’s products include their torsos, mini Dolls, and life-size Dolls; Their torsos and toys deserve attentions from those who are into toys. Coeros mainly focuses on companion dolls. So we will not discuss Climax’s other products although they are very popular and successful.

That’s what I learned about Climax products by now. And then I wanna share some CLM behind the scene’s teamwork and business strategy and their plan for 2024.

It will take them a long time to figure out the best way to take photos for their new dolls. Before they shoot the doll, they will arrange a real person (a girl I reckon) to mimic the sexy postures.

And he also has a particular advantage that his major is Fashion Design. So he takes serious significance on how CLM products looks in their photos.

And in many photos, you will notice the fashion feel of Climax.

Hey everybody, I am Marvel, the Founder of Coeros. Today I will take you through to the showroom and the factory of Irontech, one of the most popular sex doll brand.

Irontech’s showroom is impressive – bright, neat, spacious, and beautiful.


The showroom is divided into three main sections.

As you enter, on the right side, you’ll encounter two TPE girls (TPE bodies with Silicone Heads) and some exhibits showcasing Irontech’s craftsmanship.


You’ll find Hand Models and Foot Models that are incredibly realistic and soft, highlighting Irontech’s makeup expertise. Additionally, there are crotch models and love hole textures, offering a close-up view of what to expect with an Irontech doll.






The real highlight, though, is a board displaying 100 different vulva models, all cast from real women. It’s truly a work of art. Did you know it cost Irontech $1,000 per model, and there are 100 models? And I asked where did they find 100 girls who are glad to do this and he said there are some professional agents and they can find you 1000 more girls if you pay good. Thumb up! What a wonderful world.


They also showcase their skeleton, and the factory leader pointed out two parts where the skeletons are prone to breakage, so handle with care.



There are three breast models with varying softness levels, allowing you to feel the difference between normal, gel, and super soft breasts. I couldn’t resist playing with the super soft gel breast models – such incredible softness!

A ROS head demonstrates the mouth’s structure and the softness of the silicone. It even features an auto blow job function.


Directly opposite the entrance, the most popular silicone dolls from Irontech are displayed, including 160cm, 164cm, and 165cm.

To the left, stands the most realistic Irontech doll, Real Lady, complete with skin textures covering her entire body.


At the back of the showroom, silicone torsos from the Sigafun brand are on display. Leo positions these products as luxurious sex toys.



That’s a wrap on Irontechdoll’s Showroom – a place of great learning and experience. Then, the Factory leader took me to their new factory building.

Photography Area



The first stop was Irontechdoll’s Photography Area. This zone is used for photographing the dolls for customer approval before packaging and shipping. Here, the factory leader was very happy to find a doll that boasts super soft gel breast and gel buttocks and very proud to show me these assets.

After photography, the dolls are hung on racks awaiting customer confirmation. You’ll see dozens of silicone heads and bodies ready for packing, along with several Sigafun silicone torsos and TPE girls. Once customers give the green light, skilled workers pack the dolls and arrange shipping. Irontech upgraded their packaging in 2023 with double layers of foam material for optimal protection.




Skeleton Manufacturing Area




And then visited the Skeleton Manufacturing Area. You will be shocked by the numerous skeleton forests. And this is the steel pipe that is used to make the skeletons.


And this guy is the only worker who welds these steel pipes into the skeletons needed for all the dolls in the factory.


And this guy is responsible for checking the flexibility of all the skeletons made by his colleague and then re-welding them, to ensure that the skeleton is both strong and flexible.


That’s basically the first floor of Irontechdoll’s factory building, then the factory leader led me to the second floor.

On the second floor, you will be overwhelmed by the jungle of the Irontech’s silicone dolls.

Here, all molds are stored in a clean and organized space.



Makeup Area

The makeup area is in a separate room. This scene reminds me of a lot of the Dance by Henri Matisse.





Hair Implantation Area

And the hair implantation area is also in a separate room. There are 4-5 ladies in this room and these pictures look amusing. However they do have some skills to implant the hair, eyelashes into the correct area accurately.




TPE Doll Storage Area

The final stop was the TPE Doll Manufacture section. The factory leader mentioned that only 5-6 people handle all of Irontech’s TPE doll orders, from creating raw TPE materials to the final steps of cooling, seamline perfection, and powdering.




According to Irontech’s factory leader, by the end of 2023, Irontech will have received over 400 silicone doll orders and 200 TPE doll orders in just one month. This indicates that Irontech is now more of a Silicone doll brand than a TPE doll brand, marking a successful and beautiful business transformation. They are currently one of the leading silicone doll brands, with Zelex as their only major competitor.

That’s what I saw at Irontechdoll’s showroom and factory. If you ever come to China, why not visit their amazing showroom? I also met Leo, the founder of Irontech. These days, he’s busy meeting customers and distribution agents from mainland China, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and worldwide. Congratulations, Irontech! I believe Irontech owners live happily with their dolls. Let’s see what they bring us in 2024. I’m excited to find out.

The beautiful silicone doll head I have here is named Catalina. She was made by the Jiusheng factory, and many people consider Catalina to be the most attractive head produced by Jiusheng.

Hey everybody, I am Marvel, the founder of Coeros. I visited the Jiusheng factory twice, once in August 2022 and again in November 2023. So in this video, I will share my story about visiting JiuSheng's factory and provide my insights into the quality of the dolls they produce.


JiuSheng is what kind of factory?
I'd like to start with their two founders, Kim and Emma.

Mr. Kim has over 20 years of experience in the sculpture industry and has designed head sculptures for many factories, such as AXB and Catdoll, earning recognition in the industry. From my two visits to the factory, it's evident that he possesses an artisan's temperament – he's reserved and taciturn, yet passionate about the art of designing head sculptures. I believe the wax statues of Chairman Mao and Ge You that I saw in the factory were also sculpted by him.

Emma is a young, cute, beautiful, and energetic lady. During both of my factory visits, she was extremely enthusiastic and tirelessly introduced me to their products. She explained that the dolls produced by Jiusheng and MLW are adorable, Lolita-style, and beautiful. She serves as the sales manager of Jiusheng and is often seen on doll forums and Twitter. If you get the chance, you can talk with her.

In this showroom, they displayed almost all of their independently developed genuine doll heads, and you could see many clay sculptures by Kim. Emma introduced me to some of their popular heads and kindly arranged them one by one for me to take pictures.

Emma also showed me four of their silicone dolls with adjustable jaws.

Actually they had this technology in 2022. And when I checked again in 2023, I found that the silicone materials around the mouth and inner the mouth are all soft enough to give you a comfortable oral experience while the materials on the top of the head is still hard so that you can have her hair and eyebrows implanted.


This is Betty, featuring resin eyes, which gives her a more fairy-like appearance.

After leaving the showroom, we had to walk through a long corridor to enter their production workshop. Here, you could see Ge You appreciatively looking at photos of Jiusheng's dolls.




Walking through the corridor, the first thing you'll see are some molds placed on the ground and standing up. There are also skeletons being positioned inside the molds, waiting to be secured before the material is poured into them.




This is their upgraded articulated handbone.


There are four female employees responsible for applying makeup, implanting hair, and eyebrows to the silicone heads. They work cheerfully in a separate room. Meanwhile, the master responsible for spraying body makeup on the dolls works alone in a room located at the very back of the factory.



They also have an area dedicated to dressing up some dolls for photography. These are the very popular My Loli Waifu dolls.



In two relatively large storage areas, they keep TPE dolls and silicone dolls that have been produced and are waiting to be shipped.




I couldn't resist testing Jiusheng's best-selling 168C-cup extra soft gel breasts and gel buttocks. The softness of Jiusheng's products has reached the same level as those from Irontech, Climax, and others, being extremely, extremely soft. The softness has improved significantly compared to last year.


Finally, here is the storage area for Jiusheng dolls that have been boxed and are waiting to be shipped. It's noticeable that many dolls are destined for Japan, indicating that most of Jiusheng's fans are likely from Asia. However, with the release of Catalina, Isabell, and the new version of Lisa, along with Jiusheng's extensive range of cute Asian female heads, their fan base in the West is bound to grow.


Finally, I saw an insert on site, and according to Emma, this internal passage is also very soft. So, I bought one to take home. I'll do a small unboxing for you guys.
