The New Adventures of Amber!

That is difficult to say. Most of the characteristics indicate that it is the same girl. But a mistake cannot be ruled out.
The angle of observation is too different in both pictures.
But I stand by my opinion and say "it is a girl".

I'm trying to figure out if I'm going to transition this into the head I use for Amber, or if it's not quite close enough.

I think maybe it's not quite close enough, and maybe it'll end up being another character in the story.

There is a slight difference more around the eyes (Angelina Jolie's eyes come to mind for me) I think, but otherwise the facial features are really close to Amber's!

As I said, Amber got her smile back almost as soon as she walked in the door back home, and a few days later she returned to her delightfully horny self as well.

But I wouldn't be telling the truth if I said everything got back to normal following my bringing her home from the clutches of that Mexican drug lord.

It was weird. She didn't want to go anywhere. I mean, she pretty much refused to leave the house. I'd offer to take her to lunch or dinner or to go out for a drink, or even to take her shopping, and I'd get a smile and a "No thanks, honey."

I asked her if she was afraid to go out since she'd been kidnapped the last time she left the house. She said she didn't think that was it; she just wanted to be a homebody for a while.

I wasn't convinced. So I waited for it to pass.

And I waited.

But it wasn't just the not leaving the house. She didn't want to get dressed, either. She put on a babydoll and her little black robe and a pair of fuzzy slippers and wore it like a uniform for practically a week...

"Yes, I did. You now have more space and less stuff you don't need."

And then when I suggested that if this was all she was ever going to wear, maybe we ought to just bring even more of her stuff to Goodwill she changed into...

...which wasn't exactly a return to her usual fashion-forward self.

I didn't really want to push things, but I did want to get Amber back to normal eventually. After all, it's like she said: I'd sold my business and we now had time and resources to play. We could travel, we could buy a new house...we had all kinds of cool things before us, but doing them without having Amber back to normal would take the fun out of the whole thing.

And finally, we got to the heart of the situation.

Finally, through a veritable cloud of complaints and protests about the uncomfortable feeling Amber's nipple rings gave her on the way out, I managed to return her to a more natural setting.

I stood there watching them hug each other, and I wondered if maybe Rachel wasn't the best buddy Amber needed. I'd have to ask her about that.

Since Amber came home, we seem to have developed a bit of a tradition - namely, the afternoon nap.

It's not just a nap, you understand.

But hey - I sold my business and so I'm not working right now, and I've no longer dragooned Amber into helping me. So neither one of us has all that much to do.

Mornings tend to be a little busy. I'm managing my investment portfolio, and I'm communicating with Rachel about her private security business, but generally speaking I'm a silent partner in that and she's about as colossal a workaholic as there is. I don't have to do much of anything. So between that and Amber picking up around the house and making us lunch, there's that.

Then there's the afternoon nap. Yesterday's was interrupted, though, by a camera flash.
