I feel sorry for the mother, I could see how this inflatable could be seen as a novelty item or even a toy.

I never did quite get the sheep thing as a sex toy.

I only remember reports that workers in a latex lovedoll factory got infected with latex allergy (likely by daily inhaling the talc dust).

After the evolution of inflatable pvc dolls to blow up latex ones there were a few other types of lightweight dolls that followed. The foam dolls and the fabric dolls. Some how the lesser known detachable solid dolls hardly get mentioned. A full sized doll that could be neatly packed in a suitcase.

The earliest of this type are the Japanese Orient industry Omakage dolls which appeared in 1982. Which had detachable arms and legs.

These dolls were followed by the Kagemi (1987), Eika (1992) and the Hana Sisters dolls (1997) Which had detachable arms, legs and heads.

One of the more modern dolls is the DS EX-Lite - Polyurethane foam doll named Kayla. Which is modelled on one of their silicone solid dolls.

Another of this type of doll is The SeeDree lightweight foam doll which comes with a skin like suit.

This is a different type of SeeDree lightweight doll. A Memory Foam Filled Doll with Silicone Skin. A Doll body with fixed limbs and a Silicone Doll Head.

For storage space solid love dolls of today can also come with detachable limbs.

Another manufacturers dolls. The only downside is the obvious seam visible where the attachment is made. Arm bangles, stockings and garters could be used to conceal them maybe.
