I bought a doll from you in October 2020 - I did not use it - just had it on display - it’s in very good condition - just very minor cosmetic damage ie loose nail. I now embarrassingly have a girlfriend & have been hiding it. I still have all the original packaging - is it possible to return it please?

The arrangement is.

• We arrange collection of your doll
• Clean and fix up the doll, ready for photos
• Take a photoshoot
• List the doll, and sell
• Deliver the doll to the customer

So with this, there is the sale price minus the expenses.
The expenses are:

• VAT on the sale (20%)
• Courier to The-Doll-House, and to the Customer (around £70-£100)
• Any fixes and stain removal (Cost of time & Materials)
• Photoshoot (£30)
• PayPal fee for accepting money for the sale(£20-£30)
• £25 per month of storage at The-Doll-House

The balance of the funds is then sent to you via PayPal or Bank Transfer

If so, can you provide some photographs of the doll in present condition?
We may be able to give you an approximate appraisal from them.

Interesting to know what the arrangement is when it comes to selling dolls via The-Doll-House. Maybe one day I'll feel the urge/need to move some of mine on.

My two pre-owned dolls from you are superb (no. 1 and no.3 in my favourites ... and no.2 came from The Doll House too.)
