I got a little Sally-time tonight. Thank you all for your feedback on stitches and eyes. Looking for commercial eyes, but ready to do them myself if needed.
Stitches!
So took the soldering iron and created the seams following images from the movie.

Then loaded up the syringe with a 14 guage blunt needle and blue TPE paste with a little extra blue powdered pigment. Without the extra blue, the thin stitches are too translucent and seem lighter. Thickness is "so thick it barely comes out" because thinner makes the "thread" spread out too much.
Put on a dab of 3m and then laid down the thread. BE READY WITH A TOOTHPICK to adjust the thread as needed.
Thats about it for the facial sutures I think. Next is the body, but I think those sutures are going to be black. The movie has the body sutures pretty prominent, so probably black.

OK, OK, so Sally has no eyebrows. So I grabbed some q-tips and Anointed oil and went to soak and wipe them off.
I also proceeded to fuck up Sally's forehead stitches because I rested my hand on her forhead by accident. DAMNIT! I needed to affix them with another wash of 3M, then oil, then powder and I just got too damn impatient. So taking off eyelashes and eye makeup turned into an ordeal. Well, I fixed the stitches and now need to wait for them to fully cure so I can put some super fluffy eyelashes on. Oh, and I swapped in darker brown eyes until I can find some with an all white iris. Also note that the fluffy eyelashes are too wide and need to have one tuft cut off.

Had a few minutes tonight so I started on Sally's body seams. The sutures are TPE, black powdered pigment and Xylene. Testing on spare tpe a really thick Xylene paste stuck much better than thick 3M paste. As I cut/melted the seams in it was WAY too easy to cut too deep. I wound up using a square tip on the soldering iron because it opened a bugger channel without going deep.
