Thanks Victor! I’m glad Bisboo got a chance to use her new binoculars. We are going to stay far away from the swans… 8O 🦢🦢

Indeed! I was pleasantly surprised at how well they stayed put. Bonus, they didn’t complain about needing anything comfy to sit on either!

Bonus Crawling!

Of course, No Moggie safari would be complete without some log crawling!

We had some gorgeous weather the other day… and the Tiny Twosome wouldn’t be denied.

It was just about perfect in the Forest… sunny skies, light breezes… and 45 degrees! Too cold for both the pesky Hoomans AND the mosquitoes!

Of course all that would eventually change… since I stayed outside playing with Bisboo and Zimzoo for 4 hours! Where does the time go when you’re having FUN???

It didn’t take long for Moggie to find some moss to crawl on…

It really was… I probably could’ve spent 2 hours at this spot alone. Some of the areas Moggie drove the girls through looked like they were straight out of the age of dinosaurs.

I’m glad none came out to eat us! 8O

“Let’s get out and guide Moggie up that steep climb!”

“You do the spotting sis… I’ll shoot a sweet video!”

Moggie hit the steep moss hill with speed and power and made short work of it… no problem!

Yes… Cedar had made it quite clear that she didn’t like the Zoomy Pixies. I wouldn’t be surprised if she just went to some other far away part of the Forest until this Safari was over.

That’s true. Frankly, ever since all my new little Luvs joined me out in the Forest, I think I’ve seen more flowers than I have in years. Maybe I’m just paying closer attention than I have in the past… especially to the little things! 🥰

It wasn’t long before Moggie decided to give the girls a thrill with some log crawling!

I’m just glad they found a way to get back on the trail! Since SOMEONE (it’s me) hasn’t painted their Bugaloo yet…

Thank goodness for Moggie! 🥰

No better place to wind up than at Hidden Lake!

It was a remarkably nice time out in the Forest with my little friends. By the time we’d gotten to the lake, temperatures had climbed and the bugs and Hoomans were starting to wake up.

We’d encountered a few solitary hikers on the trails, but no crowds yet… and we had the boardwalk by the lake all to ourselves…

“Do you see any swans and their babies B???”

Uhh… if you’re expecting pics of the kingfisher, that isn’t gonna happen. I gave up taking pics of birds years ago. Bird photography is a pretty specialized activity, requiring ENORMOUS expensive lenses. I’m content to just watch them.

Besides… you didn’t come here to admire birds… right???

“Cheese!!!”
