Nothing is permanent on TPE I'm afraid. But to get them off the body would represent a hell of a job. If the Doll is not mistreated too much (

I got my inspiration for the lips from Porn Star Aletta Ocean. As you can see if you check her out on the net, she underwent some physical changes during her carrer. Now she looks like this...
For the tattoos it is more this kind of creature...
I mixed both, added a pinch of Gothic... et voilà!...
