I know RealDoll tried it for a while. I keep seeing a few Japanese and Korean companies will try it, often with actresses I never recognize. The most current one I've seen is the Molly Redwolf doll from ElsaBabe. The GameLady dolls are close, but they focus on fictional characters, and who knows if they are properly licensed.

I agree with you. It's an untapped market and it's baffling that nobody is making dolls in this space.
I went over this and compiled a reasonably complete list in another thread.

My guess is most of these smaller doll companies just don't have the clout to convince the biggest names in porn. I'm not a fan of RealDoll, but they have gotten so much media (over)exposure that joe average actually thinks every realistic doll is a RealDoll. Every time we do hear about a new "pornstar doll", it's like some random camgirl.

The only exceptions are Anissa Kate, Mandy Muse, Jynx Maze, and maybe 1 or 2 others. They will at least appear on the front page of an EvilAngel or Brazzers.
