Certificate of Authenticity question

I'm trying to verify the authenticity of my WM doll. But the wmdolls.com website asks for two numbers: 1) the anti-fake code and 2) the verification number. I only have the Code that was provided with my doll (a scratch-off number in the user guide). Where do I get the additional number? Lacking this number is preventing me from completing the verification process.
