I'm about to DIY a robotic blowjob head that actually works!

I posted yesterday but I have a status update:

Mask finally shipped. It's supposed to be 11-15 day shipping through DHL so it'll be mid-January before I receive it.
The bust I ordered from Amazon has a wide delivery date of Jan 6 - 26th, so there's no telling yet.
The rest of my order came in, so I have the wire, wig, etc., already.

The biggest update is:

I bought a 3D printer. It comes in Friday but I'll be at work. It's the Creality Ender 3.



I'm looking at open source human robots already out there like the InMoov, Poppy, and Reachy. All are free and you can download all of the models, software, etc., as well as follow along videos to build them.



I'm planning on doing a full torso (probably of Poppy) and then I'm more than likely disassembling the Rubjoy to use the motors and arms for my project. I'm still using the wireframe head and probably will build a wireframe ribcage, but the neck will now turn and stuff.

I've messed with Blender and AutoCAD before. I was actually in a drafting and design class in highschool, and I have an IT degree from a community college, so programming and 3d modeling isn't new to me.

Lilium Robotics has a website and a Hackaday page for their own robot adult dolls. They're still in development but I have contacted the owner about them.

I didn't want to make a new thread, but I came up with a separate project for my 3D printer.

I actually started by searching up humanoid robots with free STL files, and found several. InMoov, Poppy, Reachy, and Aster are all free. Aster is actually based on Poppy and is much simpler and cheaper to make. It's actually less than $200 to make including all motors (besides the 3D printer).

I decided to make it regardless, but stumbled upon Estartek's fabric dolls the other day. I knew fabric dolls existed already, but not for that low of a price.

I'm considering modifying the Aster STL files in a CAD program to match up with the measurements of the Estartek doll, and then making a zippered-back suit out of the doll to put over the robot. The head will stay the same, possibly with a moveable jaw.

Autodesk has two free programs to edit these files: a simple online version called TinkerCAD, and Fusion 360. You can get a free hobbyist license for it but it's quite a bit more complicated. Either way, all I'm doing is extending the parts and leaving the mounts for the motors alone to match up with the body size. It's plug-and-play at that point. I'm trying to do this as simple and cheap as possible.

I'll still need to actually program the motors as it doesn't come with any software, but with things like Robot Operating System and even just Linux on a Pi, it won't be a big deal. It's nothing new to me.

Combining the two will mostly take time, but it'll cost less than $1000 overall (including the printer).

My robot head project will still continue, but I'm considering incorporating the InMoov head into it, where the neck will be able to turn and tilt, the eyes and jaw will move, and I might add a suction pump into the back of the sleeve.

I'm pretty much just brainstorming on a message board so sorry if it's a rambling mess.

There's just options out there, and easy ones at that, to do animatronics or robotics even cheaper than the cheapest doll, yet they're not on the market.

Another update is I finally got everything in today. Here's a few pics of it loosely put together. I have to tighten and adjust everything (and lace the head/attach the wig), and find something to fill the cheeks out, but it looks ok. The mask leaves a lot to be desired but is still better than any doll I've bought. Even my Realdoll torso had less detail. It does have a tongue but it has this weird mouth piece I have to modify then put the sleeve over. I'm not sure if I'm doing that or using the mouth sleeve I bought since it's super big, but I did cut it down to where it'd fit inside the solid tube the original Rubjoy sleeve came with.

On a side note, the doll stand I bought was missing the nut so it's just rested on it. Doesn't really matter since I'm attaching springs, but still.

I saw the site before it went down and it said it was $399 which I feel was way too expensive even though I love the idea of that on my shaft but $400 is still too rich for my blood. I could get a HOT escort to give me a good BJ for less than half that. I'm getting a nice pay day soon and would probably buy one if I could order one though. Sucks it's down though.

Screw them, I actually just got the servos and stuff to make one. I already have the servos under control, my overhead is about $150.
If you look online there's another "open source" one like it, actually better.

They appear to have a fairly normal checkout site too, just add items to a cart like any other eCommerce site.

My DIY is still looking like $150, Having a little trouble running the servos independently in C++, I gave each one their own thread, that works and I'm currently writing a function to take parameters and pass them to the two threads. Pretty soon I'll be able to assemble.

Just registered, Rubjoy robot here, inventor and builder. I am very interested in this stuff, robotics is a natural addition to dolls, I have some interesting ideas. Anyway, just wanted to pop on here to introduce myself. I will also be looking for compatible inserts for the rubjoy soon. I want to expand the toys offered with it.
