!WARNING: Scam? Phishing? VIRUS? -no it is not

  As a subscriber of this Forum I receive the usual email Alerts for Posts/Topics
  and today I got this one - and ALMOST clicked on it but noticed that the URL
  didn't seem right..
  
  Here's a copy of the email:

  Is this a different, but legit URL for TDF..?
  Anyone know what this might be, or lead to..?
  In all my years here I've never received an email like this from TDF.
  If not legit.. how did it get to my email, is the TDF Forum compromised..?
  
  I haven't opened it and suggest caution unless you know what you're
  doing or have some kind of cyber-condom to protect you..
