Zev rides an Inflatable Boat on a RIVER with pretty flowers!

Get ready TDF for an AWESOME river ride! I knew of an area on this river where some pretty flower lilies would be blooming. I purchased a 2-person inflatable boat where the two people on the boat face each other.
I imagined Zev as a “Lady of the Lilies.” I pictured her holding a drink and watching me as I paddled us along. So that's what I did. This operation requires my pickup truck and two wheelchairs. Here's how it goes:

I drive my truck to the upstream entry point on the river and unload the boat and gear. I then drive downstream to the boat exit and park the truck. Now comes the hard part. I load up Zev in a wheelchair
outfitted with mountain bike tires and push her up a nature trail 1.25 mile that is rough-rooted, sandy and gravel, which takes me nearly an hour. At the upstream entry point, I chain the chair to a tree, load Zev on the boat, and then we go down-river. At the boat exit, I get my second wheelchair, retrieve Zev, then the boat, and drive back up for the other gear.

Anyways, except for the sucky wheelchair push, I would totally do this ride again. It was beautiful and exciting, just Pure Doll Joy on the water! I give you a few sample pics. If interested in more photos, let me know.

Videos in chronological order and available in High Definition (1080).
#1 – We travel downstream towards the lily field in faster moving water and rapids footage cut scenes. Lots of fun action!
#2 – Panoramic and stationary views of the flowers. Just relax with Zev, listen to the water, and enjoy the views of the beautiful scenery.
#3 – A nice easy paddle downstream thru the much slower water of the lily field towards the end. Just chill, listen to the music and go along for the ride with the lilies.

Nice work Cifer, what an adventure. You've inspired me to get girl out of the house, a drive down the coast maybe.
BTW, how hard was it to those gloves on her?

Very pretty and nice..
I would have been worried what if the boat tipped?
I mean they say TPE floats good but lol..
She almost looks like she smiles a couple times
during the videos.

These are amazing! I would have been too nervous about my girls pitching over into the water when hitting the rapids!

Great job! And the dress, wow, she fills it out nicely! You must have been very (and happily!) distracted!

Wow! That is a lot of effort but resulted in some lovely footage. Wherever you were was almost as beautiful scenery as what was in the boat.

Good lord when I first glanced at your thread I had assumed you had used a few good quality backdrops but no you actually did it! This is totally awesome and the fact you did it on fast moving water makes it even more impressive. Where I go kayaking the water rarely moves that fast, usually its pretty calm and I have wondered about taking one of my gals out in one of my tandem kayaks but obviously an inflatable like yours is a safer option. Actually I have one just like it so maybe I will be brave one day! In the meantime all credit to you as that was a lot of work but the end result is a work of art!

I loved these excellent videos.

Well done creating them, they are very beautiful and Zev looks lovely sitting in the boat letting you do all the hard work.

The "behind the scenes" logistics sounds hard work and tough, but the results are well worth it.

There are lots of lovely scenic waterways in your part of the UK, Arthur1960.

The River Stour and Flatford Mill come to mind.
Maybe we'll see a video of you and one of your girls out on the water soon.
