It may work but I don't know, these are intended as sex toy wonder if they are usable for crossdressing.
Any way I think itsme can make that mould for you, but I'am wondering bit if you are at the best place for crossdressers resource's here.
There are more solutions for crossdressers already although these maybe not that big as the breasts you want.
