Are male dolls more expensive?

There are more female dolls and less male dolls on the market. Why?

Yes, male dolls are more expensive. It is because more material is generally required to make them, as they do not have the curves that a female does. That and they are apparently not as in demand as the female dolls. However, since joining the doll world two and a half years ago, I have seen more male dolls be created and more brands offering them.

Yep, it seems like a supply & demand issue. I'm fairly certain that the manufacturers use the same TPE or silicone blends, so I doubt whether male dolls are any more toxic than their female counterparts.

Yes, Rock, they use the same blends for the male dolls as the female dolls in both silicone and TPE.
