I'd choose her options as they are shown except blue eyes instead.
I'd call her Alisa

I love brown eyes and would supplement with dark brown or black hair wig. Catherine or Sandra comes in mind spontaneously.

I would generally go for blue eyes, although she looks stunning, I wouldn't change a thing, she looks like 'Tanya' to me.

What size doll body is this intended for? Would it look too big on a short doll like my 141cm?
I think a side-by-side of that head with another common one would be great to see, or even attached to a few different doll bodies.

I love the shape of her nose and eyes
I like the blonde hair and brown eye combo, I would like to see brown or black hair in a similar style with the brown eyes
I would name her Amanda or Abby/Abigail
