Nah, hollow. My #4 is a 172H, and they feel awesome, adding weight is usually a recipe for tearing, don’t know if that rule applies to TPE, as it does to silicone.

I think as long as you keep the gel breasts supported in some way it will prevent the tearing. That seems to be what everyone is saying and having luck with that. With a bra or some tight shirt, etc.

I've also been happy with hollow breasts on some of my dolls I've had. I have yet to order the gel breasts but will soon when I figure out what body I want next. The videos have convinced me about ordering the gel breasts on my next doll though...
