Just testing compatibility with foam flexibility and i need to incorporate a softer foam at the elbow joint , i have a softer foam for the job.

That poor ole rc truck. Wow the servo works pretty good. The video of the movement is cool. Towards the end I could see a lot possibilities of the fast moving arm

The foam looks to move very well.

what's next.. you have us all tuning in.

Any more thoughts on how you might add a skin to this doll?

That arm is a pretty neat piece of ad hoc engineering. That gal's gonna shake some hands, heh heh!

Yeah the servo works well theres no stopping it, but the arm is just made for testing not to go on the doll, i will make a stronger version for that. I too now see the possibilities but i need to get back to my main priority that is to finish the body, the arms will be attached separately so they can wait. I'm just waiting for my funds to reach my credit card since i get most stuff of the internet. I was not planning on going as far as a robot doll and i dont want to bite off more than i can chew so i need to take a step back, but the arms are simple to make as they dont take much.

For the skin i have this in mind:

Its made of lycra in a flesh color

Could you post a link to the seller of the Lycra suits.I would
be able to use one...Only 1/5th of my Doll has cyberskin
cover so far(chest,abdomen,hips and butt)the rest is foam
over skelleton.Leg and arm foam is covered with nylons.
I need to do some adding of foam and resculpturing...might
even defoam the skell to do a rebuild on it...She popped a
knee last night

Hey keep the girl in good shape i wouldnt get on the wrong side of doll with a metal skeleton like yours i've seen those terminator films

I wonder if you may need more than one but it looks not so thin like nylon does so one may do the job.

Thanks timetraveler, i will let you know what the catsuit is like, i will be ordering it very soon for the doll.

I been looking on the web for a sutable insert for the doll and i have few a options to pic from but whatever is the best fit.

This is my favorite it has great reviews and is the right shape for the doll.

Self lubricating fleshlight

I've been thinking about making a self lubing fleshlight and i think i have a
simple and effective way to do this modification with a balloon and some
tubing.

I will make a small hole from the surface through to the chamber.
The hole will not be hollow as this would able the lube to leak freely
"not good" so use the blade of scissors to pierce the fleshlight through to
the chamber and insert the tube half-inch into the surface. Now i fill the
balloon with lube to about the size of a mans fist and then i fit the opening
of the ballon over the other end of the tube. Now i have some pressure
from the partly inflated balloon to push the lube to the fleshlight, but the
lube will not force its way through the hole into the chamber as the hole is
to tight, but the trick is that when you create friction with your penis inside
the fleshlight the friction/rubbing will stretch and suck at the tight hole
drawing the lube into the fleshligt with a little help from the pressure
created by the balloon.
