Incooming from Italy - and question on changing skin tone
This happens thanks to the posters on this forum because I might not have made this decision without the lot of useful information and enticing photos that I found here. So thank you!
Now a question for the veterans: is there some safe and tested way to slightly change a TPE doll skin color (particularly to make it slightly darker, even temporarily). I have read some posts about a mix of coffee, tea, and red wine but some replied saying that they failed with it. So, anything else?

best thing i saw was a guy hung his tpe doll up and used spray tan , then he heated the whole doll with a heat gun to lock in the dye.
you will most likely notice your doll is darker than you think when you get her. the factory lights make the dolls look much lighter

Re: Incooming from Italy - and question on changing skin ton
I have darkened one of my dolls with red mineral powder/clay powder. I ordered it at a shop selling stuff for making soap and cosmetic products. It works pretty well and should not be harmful to the TPE since it is basically like powdering the doll. The powder I got was rather fine and and it sticks pretty good. But it takes a bit til she did not color the clothes anymore. And it is quite some work if you wanna get everything off again.

Thanks mate, but I found that my doll is much more tanned than it looked like in the pics from WM, so it is fine as it is, but good to know anyway.dxc wrote:Hey,
