Received my Bianca Doll!

So Yesterday I received My Bianca Doll. I thought I would Give a Brief Review of my Experience with the Whole Process.
Last Weekand I ordered the Bianca Doll thru the UFDOLLS.com Website. The Photos and Reviews of other Members on this forum ultimately is what led me to make the purchase. I did have some questions regarding the Dolls, and sadly It took quite awhile to get a Response from an actual Customer Rep. Most of them I had to rely on TDF Members to get any type of answers. This is probably the Biggest Downside of my whole Experience. I did Eventually get a Response from Rob(5 days later) and He explained to me there all working from home, and short staffed. With the Whole pandemic, I can Understand that, Its just a little concerning when your Dropping $1500 and Cant get a single person on the Phone or thru Email. I was just a little Suprised cause pipedream is a pretty big name, and even there customer Service line has no operator whatsoever.
Now I will give the company Credit for a Fast delivery, They had the item out to UPS the very Next day. and I received it by the end of the week.
The Package came Mid Day and was Pretty well packaged. Box had a little damage, but I know UPS can treat there items very Poorly. Everything Inside was Very Well packaged and Completely Protected. I did Appreciate this and the effort they put into making sure everything arrived in Perfect Shape.
After Unpacking the Doll and Getting her all Set, I will say I was very Pleased. This is my First Brand New Doll (Ive purchased several used in the past) and I was excited to say the least. The Doll is really Life Like, and In my opinion not Too Heavy for its proportions. She is a Whopping 85 Pounds, But if u Lift Her Correctly it is actually pretty manageable in my opinion.
The Doll Looks and Feels pretty incredible to the Touch. The Boobs Jiggle just enough to be exciting (There Solid so not as Jiggly as Gel, but still nice)
To the Eye I will say this is the Best Looking Doll I have ever seen in person, so I was definatly raring to go after getting her all dressed up!
The Item comes with an insert, and the Alignment of the Vaginal entrance, and the Tunnel that Houses the Insert is a little Off Kilter, so Its possible to Miss the Mark sometimes. I was able to Get the Insert Situated Better by sticking a little Padding outside the insert to kinda force it back into place. Just a Minor factory flaw, and Probably something many Dolls with Inserts suffer from.
Overall Id say Im pretty Happy with the Craftmanship ship and overall Speedy Service I was given. A few Downsides to the whole Experience, but during the pandemic they are Very Understandable. Overall Id definatly Recommend this doll to anybody!
