TDF running EXTREMELY slow/ timing out/ crashing... anyone?

Over the last 12 hours we had several DDOS attacks causing interruptions, slow or non response.

It is a pity that this happens. Our tech staff is on it and taking measures.

Well, seeing how many "Former member" or "Ex member" profiles are here and what some banned guys are talking about on discord channel... I'm surprised it's the first time it's happening to TDF.

Sometimes I hate being right.

Hopefully, the culprits will move on to another group to pick on after a while.

Still, it's the net and this type of stuff happens all the time.

I do not think that TDF members on discord is or was the source.

Same issue again this morning my time, and I was over on discord while TDF continued its multiple time outs and PR end of File error reports and no data validation reports so those were the error reports I was getting my end if that helps, and there was certainly no one discussing it, apart from one or two asking if anyone knew why TDF was unavailable, on any of the four discord servers I was surfing between there, so either bored hackers, or anti doll activist groups would be my bet.

https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/dollforum.com has TDF listed as down for everyone almost all day.

The staff and mods on the discord servers also appeared to be unaware of why TDF was down and were also regularly checking here for "TDF upness" in their comments...so indicates they had no knowledge of DDOS attack from any Discord group

I can't speak for every individual member of our TDC discord, but I can say it's not anyone of our group as far as I am aware...
Most of us really don't care much about what happens on TDF in the first place anyway.

I'm not in any of the other discords that "spawned" recently, so can't say anything about those.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was just TDF's 3000 year old infrastructure failing to be honest

Okay, my line "Let's hope that this is not by TDF members now at Discord." was unnecessary. It was not meant as an accusation, I said: "Let's hope ...", it was a reply to one of the posts above it:
