New member trying to reply

Hello I am new here. Well I have had this account for over 6 months and I havent been able to reply and buy a doll here. I was searching the FAQ and it says I need to make 5 posts before I can reply to people selling dolls.

That is correct, you do not have PM privileges until you have 5 approved posts.

I had to fix my profile account setting, now I have a new username and have to do 5 posts.

That is a bit of an annoying issue actually, replying to a PM should IMO not be locked behind post count. I can see the reason for not allowing new PMs because of spam but replying should be ok.
Currently trying to get 3 more posts out so I can reply to some PMs, after this one 2 to go

I’m still unsure if I have replied to comments correctly. I’m assuming it is the quotation marks in the top right hand corner? Is that how I reply? Thank you.

Correct. That is exactly what I did, click on the duble quotes, your comment is displayed above, and I write what I want to say below, after the bracket slash quote bracket.
