Dispute on Counterfeit Doll

Post by Brunch »

Here's why you'll get a hard time winning a dispute case on counterfeit (copy) dolls!

I have crossed out the seller and the brand due to TDF rules. The brand of the advertised doll is well known famous brand also TDF approved, but apparently not registered and trademark protected, which means that anyone can sell whatever doll using their brand name and pictures.

Obviously, this proofs why one should only buy from verified authorized vendors (which this is NOT!).

And just to be clear! I have provided them massive evidence to support my case leaving no doubt what so ever that they are counterfeiters. The brand manufacturer (company) has been informed too by their official website email (no response).

I guess this is just how they roll over there...
