Sanhui - no reply after order via Sanhui website

Hi @all,

I would like to know, what were your experiences whom have ordered directly via Sanhui's website sanhuiofficial.com

I ordered yesterday and used PayPal. So far, the payment notification from Paypal shows this dealer information:

Nanning Sanhui Model Making Co.,Ltd.
sanhhuidollschina@yahoo.com
+86 13347603695

The Yahoo-email address do not longer exists. However, I'm a little bit scared about this situation that I ordered and then there is no reply. I also sent them eMail days ago (info@sanhuidolls .com) and did not get any reply.

What were your experiences?

Have you checked your mail's spam? I got a reply very fast and an email when I ordered. I'm sure there's a technical hitch somewhere as they've been very responsive. You only need 5 posts to pm. Just reply on here then message mike immediately.

That is the correct email address for sure, I checked my emails and that's where my paypal stuff went to. I think it's all fine, just a problem with stuff going into someone's email spam filter - either on your end or theirs.

Of course I have checked spam filter and folder.

And yes, I guess there might be only a communication issue on their site.

Maybe Mike will read this as well.

BTW, I tried to skype them "sanhui1" as well; no reaction, yet

But like you said, I still suppose a simple issue behind of this...

I ordered a doll recently from my local showroom (I know not direct) and even though I never heard back from anyone at Sanhui, I'm still happy. They accepted my order quickly and also accepted my request for the free head promotion even though I missed the date. I guess they are more interested in making dolls than dealing with their mountain of emails.

Well, then you have your contract with your local showroom you mentioned. But in my case, I order via their website, did the checkout via PayPal, send an email afterwards, but no reply til now. That means you spent the money and did not know if THEY have really received it. Of course PayPal protect this behavior. but it’s annoying.

I also would enjoy immediate feedback directly from Sanhui; unfortunately I think that is impossible with them. Sanhui dolls are very beautiful but their customer service is very slow. I think it took them almost a year just to resolve an issue with one customer from TDF. Also keep in mind the delays from many halloween and early black friday orders placed recently. Sanhui definitely won't disappear with your money or require any paypal claims, but if you want immediate communication you are going to have to be very very aggressive to get their attention.
